GOLDEN MILK PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup white wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp OMG Turmeric Latte Blend
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk sub any type of milk you want
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil plus extra for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and turmeric mix.
  • Form a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add the egg, milk, and avocado oil. Whisk together to combine.
  • Drop by 1/4-1/2 cup scoops on a greased pan over medium low heat. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
